The bag that started it all!
In October 2011 my father died suddenly of a stroke. It shook my whole world apart. Devastated I decided I needed to channel my grief into something. The answer came from an old box of leather. I began making purses, obsessively. I started getting commissions. And soon I created my first design, inspired by the American Wild West, that I would launch for purchase: The Sierra Tote. It was so well received the for the next 5 years I hand built 100s.
In 2016, five years into this journey, I launched a new collection and with that I decided to discontinue this popular bag so that I could focus on new designs (I also found out I was pregnant on the day of the big new collection launch!).
Over the past 5 years I occasionally get emails and messages asking if/when I will every bring The Sierra Tote back. Well, today is the day! But it’s very limited so get yours fast!
